Being a P.Eng Certified Firm with (APEGA), Handis offers Engineering Solutions in the fields of Structural, Mechanical and Electrical. Handis conducts Value Engineering assessments to the designs as per SAVE international methodology. Also, Handis engages the professional services of registered architects to deliver architectural solutions.
2. Project Management
Handis understands executing a project requires the correct level of management to apply the correct resources in the correct place, on time and at the expected quality and cost. Realizing this ambition on practical level requires the guidance of an experienced project manager. Handis provides project managers for many projects, handling all integral aspects of project leadership. Handis’s support staff are also mobilized to assist managing the critical elements of schedule, cost and scope review to ensure that client expectations are met.
3. Procurement Management
Procurement Management Services help our clients in the key areas of their business and add tangible value for their stakeholders and shareholders. Our approach can be summarized as ‘strategic focus, hands-on delivery’ a combination which helps us to exceed our clients’ expectations. 5. 3D Rendering and BIM
3D rendering is the 3D computer graphics process of automatically converting 3D wire frame models into 2D images with 3D photorealistic effects or non-photorealistic rendering on a computer. This service allows the client to visualize the project at hand prior to its realization. The same drawing tool utilized by Handis allows for smooth interactions between the different disciplines involved in a construction project at the design stage which translates to a smooth execution during the actual construction, thereby eliminating any chance of errors and maximizing productivity and time efficiency.
